Friday 10 June 2011

The well known New Inventors show recently contacted PSI requesting its participation in the show. Dean Vey, PSI’s chief engineer and the inventor of the SecureMat® technology, will be interviewed for the program in the coming weeks.

A film crew will spend two days in Canberra soon filming various SecureMat® installations after which Dean will travel to Sydney for the studio session.

'The appearance on the New Inventors is an excellent opportunity to showcase the SecureMat® technology to a national audience’, said PSI’s CEO Ian Bergman. ‘The New Inventors television show is well regarded in Australia, with credible and professional judges ensuring that all inventions presented are carefully assessed on various criteria of design, usefulness, need and commercial potential.’

Mr Bergman emphasised the leading role of the inventor, Dean Vey, in the development of the technology. ‘Dean has done a magnificent job over the past two years to develop the technology and I am sure his inventiveness and hard work will be recognised by the New Inventors show.
